Full Job Description
Position: Senior Contracts Administrator
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer head contracts and subcontracts from initial award through to final account.
- Lead procurement, variations, and progress claims while overseeing budgets and forecasting.
- Maintain precise financial and compliance records to ensure accurate project tracking.
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams to drive commercial delivery.
- Support high-level commercial decision-making and proactive risk management.

What You’ll Bring:

- Substantial experience as a Senior CA within the Australian commercial construction sector.
- A strong background in managing complex procurement, contracts, and rigorous cost control.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial builds.
- Clear, confident communication skills with a high degree of organisation.
- Currently based in Perth with full Australian working rights.
