We're looking for a Plastic Injection Technician to join our Manufacturing team in Perth. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of our injection moulding processes, helping us deliver high-quality components that are used in life-saving equipment globally.

The Role:

- Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines and associated equipment
- Perform mould changes, machine start-ups and process adjustments
- Monitor production runs to ensure product quality and process consistency
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and process issues to minimise downtime
- Conduct routine maintenance and identify equipment improvement opportunities
- Receipt in raw materials
- Carry out QAQC checks in the completed plastic parts and pack for storage
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Work with Engineering teams to support new product introductions and tooling trials




- Maintain accurate production, maintenance and quality records
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity and waste reduction

About You:

- Experience operating and setting up plastic injection moulding equipment
- Strong understanding of moulding processes, materials and tooling
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing and product quality issues
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
- A valid W.A Drivers License
