Our client is a well-established property organisation seeking an experienced Building & Maintenance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance, presentation and operational performance of a high-profile Perth property.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Project Management, you will work closely with residents, contractors, suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the property is maintained to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting regular building inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
- Coordinating and managing contractors, service providers and maintenance works
- Ensuring WHS, contractor and compliance requirements are met
- Responding to building incidents, repairs and emergency maintenance
- Overseeing general maintenance, lighting, painting and minor repairs
- Supporting service contract and KPI management
- Building strong relationships with residents, clients, contractors and suppliers
- Assisting with the broader operational management of the property

This is a hands-on role,



with the successful candidate expected to personally attend to appropriate maintenance tasks within their skill set.
About You We are looking for a practical, proactive and customer-focused Building Manager or Facilities professional with:

- Previous experience in building, facilities, property maintenance or a similar environment
- Robust contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A sound understanding of WHS and building operations
- A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved

Relevant industry experience and experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
