Bolts R Us is a locally owned Geraldton business supplying fasteners, tools, welding equipment and industrial hardware across the Mid West. We’re looking for a practical, motivated, customer-focused person to join our team.

About the role

You'll be someone our customers get to know and rely on when they walk through the door or call with a problem to solve. That could mean helping someone identify the right fastener, talking through options, preparing an order or simply making sure a regular customer gets what they need quickly.

Full time role | No Sundays | Rostered Saturday mornings + half-day off during the week

Key responsibilities

- Serve customers at the trade counter, over the phone and by email

- Help customers find the right products and practical solutions

- Process sales, customer orders and quotes

- Receive, organise, pick and pack stock and customer orders

- Learn our product range and help keep the store stocked and running smoothly

About you





- Practical knowledge or experience with fasteners, tools, hardware, mechanical products, machinery or trade environments.

- Enjoy helping customers solve problems

- Friendly, practical and down to earth

- Reliable and takes pride in doing a job properly

- Motivated, with the initiative to work things out and get things done

- Comfortable using computers and learning our sales and inventory systems

- Works well as part of a small team

Useful, but not essential: Forklift licence and an understanding of imperial and metric systems.
