Our client is an established, privately owned property development and investment group with a strong track record across boutique residential and commercial projects.

They have built a close-knit and long-standing team and are protective of the culture they've created. They're now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to become part of that environment, learn from those around them and grow with the business over the longer term.

Perth's property market is busy, projects are moving and marketing sits right in the middle of how developments are positioned, communicated and ultimately brought to market.

Rather than specialising too early, this role gives you exposure to content, social media, events, digital campaigns, project marketing, investment communications and brand, while learning how a commercial property business actually operates.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the marketing team and wider business, you'll support marketing activity across multiple brands and property projects.

No two weeks will look exactly the same. You could be writing LinkedIn content, helping coordinate a photography shoot, preparing an EDM, assisting with an industry event or making sure the team's marketing administration is running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create and schedule social media and LinkedIn content
- Assist with EDMs, articles, presentations and marketing collateral
- Support digital, print and project marketing campaigns
- Coordinate photography, videography and external suppliers
- Assist with events,



trade shows and project activities
- Maintain databases, shared inboxes and marketing documentation
- Support reporting, invoices and general marketing administration

About You
We're not looking for someone with years of established marketing experience.
This could be an excellent first step if you've recently completed a Marketing related degree and are looking for the right business to give you your start.

Some previous experience in administration, customer service, office support or an internship would be beneficial, but attitude and potential will be equally important.

You'll ideally be:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable building relationships
- A strong written communicator with positive attention to detail
- Organised and happy balancing creative work with administration
- Naturally curious and keen to learn about property and investment
- Familiar with platforms such as Canva, Microsoft Office and social media
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be given every next step
- Looking for a team and business you can genuinely commit to and grow with
