Our client is a well-established custom home builder based in Perth’s inner eastern suburbs, delivering custom-end single and double-storey homes.

They’re genuinely open to the right person working part-time or full-time, making this an attractive opportunity for an experienced Draftsperson who wants the stability of working with an established builder, without necessarily committing to a traditional five-day week.

The role is fully office-based, working with an established Draftsperson and alongside the wider construction team. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of custom home designs while also mentoring and supporting another Draftsperson within the team.

The Role

- Design bespoke custom homes based on client briefs
- Produce concept plans and full working drawings using ArchiCAD




- Work closely with the design and construction teams throughout pre-construction + take projects from initial concept to detailed working drawings
- Mentor and support another Draftsperson

About You

- Previous experience with a custom home builder is essential
- Strong ArchiCAD skills and experience producing full working drawings
- Confident with client liaison, design and technical drafting
- Happy to mentor the current draftsperson in the team
