We design and build custom luxury tiny homes on wheels for clients across Australia. Working directly with the founders and our construction team, you'll coordinate project administration, design documentation, procurement and client communication to help ensure each build is delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project administration and documentation from client deposit through to build handover
- Run design consultations with clients and capture decisions using our 3D design software (training provided)
- Prepare and send project agreements and related paperwork to clients; track and follow up on signed documents and payments
- Compile and maintain pre-construction information for each build, including materials, components and key project notes for the site and trade teams
- Share current plans and project information with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams as projects move through design and pre-construction
- Plan and coordinate work around our weekly trailer delivery cadence
- Schedule trades and key activities for each build
- Confirm material delivery dates and follow up suppliers to keep everything on track
- Provide weekly progress updates for all active clients, including photos and clear written summaries
- Liaise daily with the Construction Lead to keep projects moving and address any issues early
About you
- Experience in project coordination, contracts administration or a similar role
- Solid organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can liaise with clients, suppliers and trades
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and competing priorities
- Comfortable with computers and keen to learn new software (3D tools, spreadsheets, project systems)
- Previous experience in construction, modular building or manufacturing will be highly regarded
