Bring your customer service skills and passion for the arts to a rapid-paced team of four, supporting artists and audiences alike. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications via phone and email for ARTRAGE.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling enquiries, bookings, complaints and feedback
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, exchanges and refunds while providing knowledgeable guidance across FRINGE WORLD and Rooftop Movies programs
- Help customers with access requirements, accessible bookings, companion card tickets and liaising with venues to ensure inclusive experiences
- Use Freshdesk, Red61, websites, apps and internal systems to manage customer enquiries, bookings, communications and technical issues
- Draft, maintain and schedule templated email and SMS communications, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and timely
- Triage enquiries, complaints, technical issues and non-customer matters to the appropriate teams, while reporting bugs and supporting smooth event operations
About you
- Experience in a customer service role,
including answering phones and emails
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience dealing with high volumes of customer inquiries and managing customer complaints
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse and wide range of people
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
