We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong residential construction experience to join our team. There is a manageable number of jobs in the round, enabling you to oversee every component of the build and maintain quality control standards.

Requirements of the role

- Experience in assessing and managing safety hazards and the ability to drive a safety culture

- Be able to manage multiple projects at any one time

- Deliver and maintain a high quality and have an active quality trade base.

- Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.





- Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction (5 years minimum)

- Be able to work independently and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team.

- Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure.

- IT and computer competency.

- Experience in a single-storey market.

- Full clean driving licence.
