About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Educator to join our passionate team at Sagewood Early Learning in Baldivis, Western Australia. This full-time role will see you contribute to providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

- Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children

- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all children

- Observing, documenting, and assessing children's learning and development

- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community

- Collaborating with the wider education team to continuously improve our practices

- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field- Diploma or ECT or ACECQA recognised.

- Experience working in an early learning or childcare setting

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





- Creativity and a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality educational programs

- A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement

- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
