SERVICE MANAGER

Lead a capable service team across commercial, industrial and select residential works - with the autonomy and support to deliver excellent results.

We are seeking a motivated and capable Service Manager to lead and support our small electrical service team. This hands-on leadership role suits an experienced electrical professional who enjoys coordinating people and jobs, solving problems, and building strong client relationships.

About the role

You will take ownership of day-to-day service operations, helping the team work safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. The role covers commercial and industrial electrical service, solar PV, air conditioning, and select residential service jobs.

· Lead, support and coordinate a small team of service technicians

· Oversee scheduling, workflow, safety, quality and client communication

· Coordinate quoted works, service jobs and insurance works from allocation through to completion

· Monitor job progress, resolve issues and keep customers informed

· Help drive team performance, productivity and customer satisfaction

· Maintain accurate job information using computer-based job management systems

· Grow the service team,



both vehicles on the road and a strong office base

About you

You bring strong electrical service experience, confidence leading a small team, and a calm, organised communication style. You are practical, self-starting and solution-focused, with the judgement to use initiative and keep work moving.

· Strong experience in electrical service and maintenance environments

· Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate and support technicians

· Explicit, professional communication with clients, technicians and managers

· Sound organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills

· Confidence using computers and job management systems

· A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service

Remuneration and benefits

A competitive package will be tailored to the successful candidate and includes:

· Negotiable base salary plus Superannuation

· Base salary range is between $140k - $165k based on experience

· KPI-linked bonus structure to promote growth

· Sign-on bonus applicable

· Company vehicle, fuel card and phone
