You will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations for our Residential clients. This is a hands-on role requiring problem-solving skills and for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and offers exceptional Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs: Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on taps, toilets, hot water systems, and Blocked Drains.
Gas Fitting: (If applicable) Service and install gas appliances and systems safely.
Diagnostics: Use specialised tools to Pinpoint Leaks and identify faults in hydraulic systems.
Compliance: Ensure all work meets Australian plumbing standards and safety regulations.
Customer Care: Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair options and provide accurate Cost Estimates.
