Greencross Vets Chandlers is looking for an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to lead our team and help drive the continued success of our well-established clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and community-focused practice, working alongside a highly capable team of veterinarians and nurses who are committed to delivering outstanding patient care and exceptional client service.
We're seeking a people-focused leader who thrives on building strong teams, creating positive workplace cultures, and supporting both operational success and clinical excellence. A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is highly desirable, along with previous leadership or management experience within a veterinary environment.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the clinic team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and supporting the veterinary nursing and reception teamsDriving a positive, engaged, and high-performing team cultureManaging clinic operations and workflowSupporting rostering, workforce planning, and recruitment activitiesMonitoring clinic performance and implementing initiatives to drive successWorking closely with the Vet Director and regional leadership teamSupporting client experience and service excellenceMaintaining compliance and operational standardsAssisting with inventory, administration, and business processesDriving team engagement, development, and retentionSupporting ongoing growth initiatives within the clinicThis is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or an experienced senior nurse looking to step into a leadership-focused role.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous Practice Management or veterinary leadership experienceHolds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (highly desirable)Has a strong understanding of veterinary clinic operationsIs passionate about developing and supporting peopleDemonstrates excellent communication and organisational skillsHas strong business and operational acumenIs confident managing competing priorities in a busy environmentLeads with positivity, empathy, and accountabilityIs solutions-focused and proactiveEnjoys building strong relationships with clients, team members,
and stakeholdersMost importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping teams succeed and creating a workplace culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
