An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated couple or team of two to take on the onsite management of a well-established family-friendly holiday resort on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. This resort is a favourite destination for families. The successful applicants will be supported by experienced business owners who bring a wealth of industry knowledge and will be on hand to provide guidance and advice throughout the engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and help grow the business
- Rebuild and expand a loyal customer base
- Manage resort operations and Body Corporate responsibilities
- Carry out gardening, maintenance, and minor handyman tasks
- Promote the property and drive bookings through marketing and social media
- Provide excellent communication and customer service
About you
- Resident Letting Agent licence as a minimum requirement (Real Estate Licence preferred)
- Proficiency in REI Master and MYOB accounting software
- Sound knowledge of Body Corporate operations and legislation
- Gardening, maintenance, and willingness to carry out minor handyman tasks
- Marketing and social media experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current ABN required
