Nestled inside the historic Royal Insurance Building in the heart of the CBD, The Heritage is more than just a restaurant - it's an experience. Featuring a 40-seat a la carte dining room, an intimate 20-seat bar, a boutique wine store, and Bobèche (our underground cocktail haven) we blend timeless elegance with contemporary hospitality.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team, contribute creatively to our drinks offering, and help shape the future of one of Perth’s most loved venues.

What you’ll do as our bar manager:

· Lead the bar team with professionalism, personality, and a passion for hospitality.

· Oversee bar operations, including service, cleanliness, and safety standards.

· Drive drink menu development and contribute to beverage innovation.

· Train, mentor, and inspire the bar team to maintain consistently high standards.

· Collaborate closely with the kitchen for seamless food and drink service providing menu input.

· Deliver memorable service that’s warm, polished, and full of flavour.

Who you are:

· Energetic, charismatic, and passionate about cocktails, spirits, and service!





· 3+ years of bar leadership experience in a quality venue.

· Strong cocktail knowledge and a flair for classic and contemporary techniques.

· Proven ability to manage shifts and train a high-performing team.

· Approachable, team-focused, and genuinely excited about hospitality.

· You hold Approved Manager Card + WA Food Handlers Certificate.
