Job Description
Our Richmond branch is one of our flagship locations, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join us.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them find the right products, building lasting relationships, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.
Day To Day, You Will
Assist customers (in person, phone, and email) with product enquiries and ordersBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork collaboratively with your team to meet branch sales targetsLearn our product range and develop your industry knowledge over time
Qualifications
Ideally you will come from an electrical background, however if you don't we'll teach you the products. What matters most is:
A genuine passion for customer serviceStrong communication and listening skillsA team-first attitude and willingness to learnConfidence in a fast-paced setting
