An exciting opportunity exists to join The Usual Suspects Collective as an Accounts & Admin Assistant for our stable of premium, family-owned wine brands. The successful applicant will have an ability to multitask and have a desire for career growth with a fast-paced business.
- Bank account reconciliation including corporate credit card
- Weekly cash flow preparation and payments
- Assisting the Finance Manager with month-end processes, workpapers & journals
- Provide administrative support across HR processes
- Assist the Finance Manager, Production Manager and wider team, as required
- Provide general office and administrative support, as required
About you
- Experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience in Accounts,
bookkeeping or administrative position
- Bank Reconciliation & Cashflow preparation skills
- MYOB, Xero or similar software experience
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to think logically, learn quickly and problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation
