About The Role
We are seeking Electrical Supervisors to support the recently awarded Sample Station Project in Cape Lambert. This specialised project involves the installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems within a high-technology sample laboratory, including robotic systems. As part of our Electrical Leadership team on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you will be responsible for:
Being a champion for best practice in HSE and leading by exampleMentoring of junior leaders and employees in technical and quality requirementsEnsure appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomesCarry out prestart risk assessments (Take 5, JHA) and review and authorise (sign off)



JHA’sEnsuring timesheets for services are completed and signed off by the clientOversee performance of external contractors and suppliersCompilation of work packs for project worksConducting regular audits on electrical activities and electrical installing worksEnsuring all electrical statutory notices and certifications are completed, submitted, and recorded in accordance with legislationMonitor, record, analyse and report on performance indicatorsUtilise, build, and maintain a professional network to increase bid opportunities What You’ll Need
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
WA Electrical LicenceExperience in a supervisory positionSchedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (with aim to complete S26)Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projectsExperience completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipmentExperience in a multidisciplinary (Civil, SMP and E&I;) project or shutdown environmentThe ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on multiple projectsA current Australian Drivers Licence
