Position Available: Concrete Site Manager – Hillston

We seek a highly organised individual with outstanding people skills, to manage concrete operations at Hillston concrete site. This key management role reports to the Regional Manager (Region 9), and directs all aspects of Hillston concrete site operations, including plant and equipment needs. There will be a strong focus on managing existing customer relations and expanding sales across the region. Hands on duties include agitator truck driving, concrete batching and loader operations as required.

Essential Criteria:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers

- Relevant experience in a supervisory / management role

- Excellent computer, administration and reporting skills

- Qualified maturity and strong customer service skills

- A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment

- Total commitment to work safety, quality and compliance

- A current HR drivers licence
