Cenversa is a leading distributor of animal healthcare products to the Veterinary and Pet industries. We have an excellent opportunity for 2 x Casual Warehouse Associates, based in Malaga, WA.

This role is for an all-rounder. A good level of physical strength, stamina, and fitness is required, along with an eye for detail, the ability to read and interpret manual pick slips, and the ability to follow instructions. The right candidate will have a positive, hardworking attitude, and the ability to fit in well with our existing team is a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficient and accurate picking and packing of orders

- Processing goods inwards and accurately receiving inventory into the system

- Managing stock rotation and shelf organisation to ensure stock integrity

- Conducting regular stocktakes and inventory audits

- General warehouse maintenance duties, including keeping workspaces clean and safe

- Reading and interpreting manual pick slips and RF scanners for order processing

- Building and wrapping pallets for dispatch

- Monitoring and reporting damaged or defective items

- Assisting in the unloading and loading of trucks or delivery vehicles

- Collaborating with the team to optimise workflows and meet delivery deadlines





- Following workplace health and safety guidelines to maintain a protected working environment

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

- Forklift licence and experience is preferred, but is not essential

- RF scanner experience (preferable but not essential)

- Strong literacy and numeracy skills required for manual picking and checking processes

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Physically fit and active; the position involves repetitive heavy lifting, building and wrapping pallets, etc.

- A police clearance or the ability to obtain one, and the ability to pass a drug test

- Punctual, reliable, and flexible with a "can-do" attitude

- Driver’s license and own transport

- A fast learner who values safety for themselves and their team

- The ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment, building effective working relationships

- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or similar role (highly regarded)

- Great attention to detail
