The Opportunity

We are seeking a full time Head Sommelier with proven experience in fine dining or premium hospitality environments, who understands the detail, rhythm, and discretion required at the highest level of service. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service, designing and curating wine list, guiding guests through lists, supporting cellar management, and contributing to the ongoing development of the wine program for each event and occasion.

What You’ll be Doing

- Lead the programme for high-tier private tastings, estate tours, and reserve flights for collectors, press,



and trade partners;

- Collaborate directly with the Head Chef to design food-and-wine pairings for on-site dining, events, and private dinners;

- Educate tasting room personnel on guest relations, wine tasting details, and proper service protocols;

- Manage Estate cellar and inventory to drive sales, leverage elevated tasting experiences to drive direct-to-consumer bottle sales.

About You

- Proven experience years working as a Senior Sommelier in fine-dining, or luxury hospitality environments;

- Experience in a supervisory role overseeing floor service and junior staff;

- Beverage Program Management: Proven track record in list curation, inventory management, supplier negotiations, and beverage cost control (maintaining targeted profit margins);

- Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with Executive Chefs to create tailored tasting menu pairings;

- Food Safety & Responsible Service: Local certifications for responsible alcohol service and general food safety;

- Hold WSET certification (Level 2 or above) as Head Sommelier.
