We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical receptionist to join our friendly admin team in Treendale.

The position is casual one to two days a week with holiday/sick relief.

We need someone who can provide exceptional service to our valued patients and a high level of support to clinical staff.

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in general practice reception
- Skilled and courteous telephone manner
- Caring and patient focused attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, at times
- Advanced computer and keyboard skills
- Broad understanding of Medicare
- Flexibility to cover annual and personal leave as part of a team

Desirable Criteria:

- Experience using Best Practice or Genie software
- Knowledge of Accreditation process
- Current CPR Certificate
- Previous worked in a General Practice or medical setting
