Additional Information:

- This role is Permanent Part-time, 60-hrs/fortnight
- The internal title for this role is Sales Coordinator

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As a Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer care, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Taking administrative ownership of key processes including call routines, case management, after-sales technical support, returns analysis, order coaching, and installation coordination.
- Bridging the gap between customers and the resolutions team, managing escalated cases with professionalism and care.
- Actively engaging with customers throughout every step of the customer journey and identifying gaps in the offer through customer feedback
- Sharing specialist knowledge of the IKEA product range, services, and tools to secure a high level of competence within the team
- Delivering on both personal and business goals by using an understanding of the store’s

business plan

- Keeping up to date knowledge of not only the IKEA range, but also current trends,



living situations and buying behaviours in order to provide relevant, affordable, functional and sustainable solutions to our customers.

- Able to able to optimise sales through thorough knowledge of the IKEA product range, local market, and customers.
- Adaptable and energetic, with strong verbal and written communication skills for successful stakeholder management.
- Friendly and comfortable with connecting and interacting with people.
- Comfortable with coordinating your team, setting priorities, and delegating responsibility.
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive and positive co-worker experience.
- Looking to develop and grow within the business.
