About the Role:
Mader is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in high volume recruitment across both white collar and blue collar roles.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end resourcing, shortlisting and on-boarding of skilled Mechanical Trades and well as a wide range of white collar roles.
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM at our brand new Applecross Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
- Advertise on various platforms (ie. Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and company website)
- Talent search passive candidates through various networks
- Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
- Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
- Pro-active candidate sourcing through various platforms – referrals, talent search, social media, LinkedIn etc.
- Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding process
- Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in both white and blue collar recruitment
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Prior experience using PageUp is highly advantageous
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Valid C class driver license
