About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Clarence Village Ltd' Dougherty Villa Aged Care in Grafton, NSW. This is part-time, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our aged care residents

- Administering medications and treatments according to residents' care plans

- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes to the care team

- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care

- Providing compassionate, person-centred support to our residents and their families

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

What we're looking for

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to person-centred care





- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong organisational and time management skills
