About the role

- Work alongside Executive Chef to lead the Banquets team

- Replicate Luma's fine dining experience in a Banquet setting

- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness procedures

- Support stock rotation and minimise wastage

- Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen and front-of-house teams

- Bring creativity and care to everything you plate

- Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- A genuine passion for food and delivering high-quality dining experiences

- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required

- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and personal presentation
