We provide clinic-based services from our Findon clinic, as well as community-based services throughout metropolitan Adelaide.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES

We are seeking multiple Speech Pathologists to join our growing team, including:

- A Senior Speech Pathologist with significant paediatric experience

- Early-career Speech Pathologists seeking support and professional development

- Subcontractor Speech Pathologists looking for flexibility and autonomy

Our roles are extremely flexible. You can work full-time or part-time as an employee or join us as a subcontractor. Non-clinical work can be completed from home,



and you can choose a workload and schedule that suit your circumstances.

These roles primarily involve working with paediatric clients. However, mixed caseloads that include adult clients may also be available. Wherever possible, we match caseloads to each clinician’s interests, skills and experience.

For our senior opportunity, experience working with a broad paediatric caseload is important. Experience in assessing and treating speech sound disorders and childhood apraxia of speech is preferred, but not essential.

REMUNERATION

Employed clinicians will be offered a generous annual salary of $100,000–$125,000 pro rata, plus superannuation, depending on experience.

Subcontractor opportunities are available at approximately $130–$140 per hour.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- Providing ongoing assessment and therapy support

- Preparing written and verbal reports, outcomes and recommendations

- Liaising with clients, families, referrers, allied health professionals and other stakeholders

- Managing a caseload aligned with your experience, interests and preferred workload

WHAT WE OFFER

- Excellent remuneration of $100,000–$125,000 pro rata plus superannuation, or approximately $130–$140 per hour for subcontractors—well above award rates

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Speech Pathology

- Current SPA membership

- A National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

- An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one

- A current driver’s licence

- For the senior position, significant experience working with paediatric clients is required.
