An established international contractor is launching a current Asphalt Division in Western Australia — backed by an existing, mature WA business, strong public and private sector clients, and significant investment in brand-new asphalt plant and equipment.
They are now looking for an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join early and play a key role in building the division from the ground up.
This is not just another Supervisor role. It's an opportunity to help shape the direction of the business, build your own team and grow with a business that has ambitious plans across Perth and regional WA.
What's on Offer?
- $150k-$190k + Super + Vehicle + Fuel + Allowances
- Predominantly Monday-Friday, occasional weekend works
- Home most nights
- Perth metro and projects within approx 300km of Perth
- Brand-new asphalt plant and equipment

The Role
You'll take a hands-on leadership role overseeing asphalt paving operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You'll work closely with project management, crews, clients and subcontractors, helping establish the systems, standards and culture that will underpin the new division.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark.
About You
We're open to different levels of experience. You may be:
- An experienced Asphalt Foreman ready to step up
- An established Asphalt Supervisor with 10-15 years' experience
- A highly capable asphalt professional looking for greater responsibility and career progression

- Experienced in asphalt laying and paving operations
- A strong people leader who can build and motivate a team
- Highly organised and focused on quality
- Driven by client satisfaction and delivering results
- Well connected within the WA asphalt and civil construction industry
- Career-minded, motivated and commercially aware
- Someone who wants to be part of building something rather than simply maintaining the status quo
