About the role

As part of the Leap Health Physiofit team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to an established caseload from day one. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, podiatrists, dietitians, hand therapists and osteopaths to achieve the best outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your clinical interests while building and managing your own clinical caseload in a genuinely collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services

- Develop strong relationships with patients and referrers

- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes

- Build and manage your own clinical caseload

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

- Participate in ongoing professional development

About you

- Bachelor (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy

- Current AHPRA registration

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Current CPR certification

- Eligibility to work in Australia

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A patient-centred approach to care

- Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to evidence-based practice





- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

- Professionalism, initiative and a positive attitude
