THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a large and well-established organisation with more than 1,200 employees and is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month contract.
This is an excellent chance for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and has operated within a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT.

THE ROLE
The role will involve partnering closely with senior leaders and people managers across a diverse employee population, providing trusted and commercially focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. This will include managing and providing advice on a broad range of employee relations cases, including performance management, conduct, grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace investigations and other complex employee issues.
You will work closely with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver people initiatives and programs across the business.

THE CRITERIA




We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked within a large or complex organisation and has strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle. You will have experience working within a Centre of Excellence or broader HR specialist model, with the ability to partner effectively with CoE teams and translate specialist advice into practical solutions for the business. You will also have demonstrated experience coaching and influencing senior leaders, with the confidence and credibility to provide trusted HR advice across a range of people matters.

The ideal candidate will need to be available at short notice to be considered.
