Join our energetic team as a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator at Limbs & Things Aust PTY LTD, based in our Dandenong South, VIC office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing our logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and online channels
- Processing customer orders and managing inventory levels
- Coordinating product shipments and overseeing the logistics workflow
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and orders
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the broader team
- Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
About you
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite,
particularly Excel, to manage data and maintain records
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and speed
- Must have permanent right to work in Australia
