Integrity Talent Partners is partnering with a diverse mix of Canberra developers, builders and boutique head contractors who are investing in the next generation of construction talent.

These aren't big-machine graduate programs where you're one of forty. These are small, tight-knit businesses where you'll sit metres from the Project Manager, be trusted with real responsibility early, and see a project from first sod turn to handover, not just one slice of it.

If you're studying or have just finished a Bachelor of Construction Management and you want your first role to count, this is it.

The Roles

We have both cadetships (work alongside your studies) and graduate roles (full-time, post-degree) available across:

Site-Based: Learn the build from the ground up. Working under experienced Site Managers on program, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination and daily site operations. The fastest way to understand how a job actually goes together.

Office-Based / Contract Administration: Supporting Project Managers and CAs with procurement, subcontract packages, variations, progress claims and document control. Where you learn the commercial side of construction.

Rotational: Some of our clients will move you between site and office so you finish your cadetship knowing both and knowing which one you want.

The project mix: multi-residential and townhouses, luxury residential, commercial new build,



fitout and refurbishment. Genuine variety, all within Canberra.

About You

- Completed or currently completing a Bachelor of Construction Management

- Australian citizenship — required for the secured and government-linked work in our clients' pipelines

- Genuine interest in construction and a willingness to get on the tools of the trade, figuratively speaking, ask questions, chase answers, show up early

- Solid communication and organisational skills

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

- Exposure to Procore, Jobpac or similar is a bonus, not a dealbreaker

- We care far more about attitude and curiosity than what you already know. The rest is teachable.
