You’ll be joining an established contact centre team within a leading superannuation organisation. With upcoming fund changes expected to drive an increase in member enquiries, you’ll be part of a supportive team helping members navigate these changes.
What are the benefits?
- $37–$38 per hour
- Full-time temporary opportunity through to 23 December
- Brisbane-based role
- Monday to Friday working hours

What will you be doing?
- Handling inbound member enquiries via phone
- Providing clear and accurate information regarding fund changes
- Listening to members and understanding their individual needs
- Resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records of member interactions
- Escalating more complex enquiries where required
What do you need?
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience
- Superannuation or financial services experience is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on delivering a positive member experience
