Your Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the boutique and lead from the front by:

- Inspiring & Developing: Coach, mentor and empower your team to deliver exceptional styling experiences and achieve outstanding results.
- Creating Beautiful Experiences: Ensure every customer feels welcomed, confident and valued through genuine, personalised service.
- Bringing the Brand to Life: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and create an inviting boutique environment.
- Driving Performance: Lead your team to achieve sales targets, celebrate success and foster a positive, collaborative culture where people love coming to work.
