About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Department on a permanent full-time basis.

This is primarily a logistics-focused role responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day logistics function across the business. You will work closely with Warehouse, Production, Planning and Sales to coordinate freight movements from dispatch through to delivery, manage transport providers and ensure customer delivery requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

Customer service forms an important support component of the position, particularly in relation to delivery updates, freight enquiries and issue resolution. The primary focus, however, is the effective coordination and administration of all logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all daily freight bookings with transport providers across Australia.

• Monitor freight movements and deliveries, including ETAs, delays, missed deliveries and changes to schedules.

• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Production and Planning to coordinate dispatch priorities and ensure orders are ready for collection.

• Manage freight-related issues, delivery discrepancies, damages, delays and escalations through to resolution.

• Prepare, check and maintain dispatch documentation, consignment information, freight paperwork and transport requirements.

• Manage retailer and customer logistics portals, delivery bookings, appointment requirements and associated documentation.

• Coordinate urgent freight, special delivery requirements, interstate movements and ad-hoc transport requests.





• Maintain accurate freight, delivery, tracking and logistics records within internal systems.

• Provide customer service support for delivery enquiries, ETA updates and freight-related communication.

• Support the Sales team with logistics information and customer delivery follow-up where required.

• Manage day-to-day communication with transport providers, including service issues, delays, claims and delivery discrepancies.

• Coordinate pallet movements, pallet accounts, returns and other carrier/customer logistics requirements.

• Review freight charges and assist with freight invoice queries, cost control and identification of logistics efficiencies.

• Maintain logistics procedures and ensure freight, dispatch and delivery requirements are consistently followed.

About You

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, freight coordination or supply chain operations. Customer service experience is also highly regarded.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel and Word).

• Experience with ERP systems or customer portals is advantageous but not essential.
