About the Role C+M Group is seeking an experienced and collaborative Repair Coordinator Manager to lead our dedicated Repair Coordination team. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring all insurance claims are progressed efficiently, compliantly and well within insurer SLAs and KPIs.
You will lead by example, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. By working closely with the wider management team, you will contribute directly to achieving the best possible outcomes for our business, clients, customers, and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the Repair Coordination team. Manage workloads, resources, and performance through regular 1:1 catch-ups and targeted coaching.
- Operational Management: Oversee operational performance from initial claim allocation through to completion. Monitor dashboards daily for overdue claims, reports, quotes, and contracts to prevent bottlenecks.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Monitor KPIs and ensure 100% portal compliance across systems including Prime, ENData, In4mo, and all client portals. Conduct regular quality assurance audits to maintain high communication standards.
- Reporting & Planning: Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage workforce planning, annual leave, and resource allocation.
- Client & Customer Relations:



Drive insurer satisfaction and ensure proactive customer communication. Oversee the resolution of complaints and escalations, ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that clients never need to chase for updates.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Leadership: A leader who coaches rather than micromanages, promotes accountability, and inspires ownership within a team.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Ability to utilize data and operational metrics to drive performance, identify process improvements, and streamline workflows.
- Industry Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance builder portals such as rime, ENData, or In4mo is highly regarded.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to manage specialist trade allocations, follow up on invoices, and convert make-safe events into building repair opportunities.
- Key Performance Indicators & Success Measures
- Achieving strict SLAs for job registration, customer contact, appointment booking, and quote submission.
- Maintaining accurate, live data and achieving 100% client portal compliance.
- Building a highly engaged, high-performing team and fostering strong client relationships.
