We’re looking for a switched-on Digital Marketing, Website & Sales Assistant to join the Oztech Drones team.

This is a varied role focused on helping us manage and improve our online presence, while also assisting with sales follow-ups and general customer enquiries.

We already have established websites, products and systems in place, so we’re not looking for someone to build websites from scratch. We want someone who can jump into what we already have, keep it updated, improve it and help us get more out of our digital marketing and sales leads.

The role will initially be part-time or casual, with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

The Role

Your day-to-day work may include:

- Managing and updating our Wix websites

- Creating new website pages and landing pages

- Adding and updating products in Shopify

- Creating Shopify product and collection pages

- Assisting with website SEO and optimisation

- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns

- Updating website banners, images, promotions and content

- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content, website creation and marketing

- Helping improve website conversions and lead generation

- Assisting with Facebook and digital advertising campaigns

- Following up website enquiries and sales leads

- Assisting our sales team with customer follow-ups

- Responding to basic customer enquiries by phone, email or message

- Keeping customer and sales information organised

- General digital marketing and administration support

What We’re Looking For

Experience with some or all of the following would be highly regarded:

- Wix

- Shopify

- SEO

- Email marketing

- Digital marketing

- Landing page creation

- Canva or similar design platforms

- Facebook/Meta advertising

- AI tools such as ChatGPT

- CRM or customer management systems

- Sales or customer service

You do not need to be a programmer or highly technical web developer.





We’re more interested in finding someone who is confident with technology, has a good eye for design, communicates well and can learn quickly.

AI Is a Big Part of This Role

We actively use AI throughout our business and see it becoming an even bigger part of how we operate.

We want someone who is comfortable using AI to help:

- Create website content

- Build landing pages

- Write and improve emails

- Assist with SEO

- Create marketing campaigns

- Follow up sales leads

- Research ideas

- Improve workflows and productivity

You don’t need to already know every AI platform, but you should be interested in learning and using new technology.

The Right Person

You’ll suit this role if you:

- Are confident using computers and online platforms

- Have a good eye for clean, modern website design

- Can communicate confidently with customers

- Are organised and good at following things through

- Can work independently

- Are comfortable picking up the phone and following up a lead

- Have good written communication skills

- Are interested in digital marketing and e-commerce

- Are excited about AI and new technology

- Can take an idea and turn it into something finished without needing constant direction
