On Track Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Civil Surveyor for a permanent opportunity with a well-established civil construction company in Perth's Northern Suburbs.

*Applicants must be based in Western Australia*

The company delivers civil works including subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roads and residential projects, with a strong pipeline of work across areas including Yanchep, Two Rocks and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role

- Set out construction works and establish survey control
- Complete volume calculations and reporting
- Undertake as-constructed surveys
- Create 12D models, calculations and reporting
- Create design data for survey and machine guidance
- Manage surveying requirements across multiple project sites
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders

About You Essential:

- Surveying qualification from TAFE or University




- Minimum 2+ years' post-qualification surveying experience
- Civil construction experience
- Experience across subdivisions, bulk earthworks and/or roads
- 12D and CAD experience
- Valid driver's licence

Desirable:

- 5+ years' surveying experience
- Machine control experience with Topcon and/or Trimble
- Business Centre and/or Magnet Civil experience
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience

What's on Offer

- $95K–$150K + Super depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday with Saturdays as required
