There is also the opportunity to grow into a leadership position for the right candidate, or remain in a fully clinical role if preferred. About the Role As a Community Exercise Physiologist, you'll manage a diverse caseload from day one while providing high-quality care across a variety of community settings.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing a 100% clinical caseload from commencement. Completing administrative work from home, a café, or another location that suits your workflow.
Conducting consultations in clients' homes, workplaces, schools, and kindergartens to maximise functional outcomes. Delivering gym-based and hydrotherapy sessions while enjoying the flexibility of a community-based role.
Treating a diverse range of clients, with a strong focus on NDIS participants and
My Aged Care clients, from paediatric through to older adults. Preparing reports for third parties and funding bodies. Developing efficient systems to manage your workload effectively.
Promoting and growing the Exercise Physiology service within the team. Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to develop client-centred treatment plans. Participating in regular team meetings focused on wellbeing, goal setting, professional development, and team growth.

About You We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 18 months' experience as an Exercise Physiologist. Enjoys working within a community-based setting. Has experience working within the NDIS sector.
