We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role
Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Projects, Change and Improvement, we are seeking an EPIC Project Reporting and Systems Analyst who can bring their skills and experience to:
- Support the development, management and utilisation of Council’s Program and Project Management, Change Management and Continuous Improvement systems, reporting, and supporting resources
- Identifying improvements that enhance the functionality of systems, reporting and resources used across the EPIC Department and the organisation.
- Design, develop reporting solutions, dashboards and analytics that provide accurate and timely insights into program and project management, change management and continuous improvement performance for Executive, Senior Leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance reporting frameworks to measure project, program, change management and organisational maturity, including monitoring performance trends, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement outcomes.
- Provide a high level of customer service to foster a culture of strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

To be considered you will have
- Ability to work in accordance with our values and behaviours
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Information Technology or related field, or lesser formal qualifications with extensive relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in implementation, maintenance, improvement and support of project management and reporting applications.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Projects, Planner, SharePoint, Excel and Word; PowerBI and PowerApps.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including production and analysis of statistics and reporting for corporate and executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships to provide a high level of customer service.
- (Desirable) Demonstrated experience working in a PMO/EPMO in a complex organisation such as local government, implementing new ways of working.
- (Desirable) Understanding of the Local Government workplace and reporting.
