TLH Recruitment is proudly representing an established and growing civil engineering and construction contractor based in Western Sydney, seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Supervisor to join their team. Specialising in early works and civil projects across the residential and commercial sectors, they are looking for a strong site leader with proven experience across earthworks, excavation and shoring operations.

Working closely with the Director and Project Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily site activities, including earthworks and shoring operations
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, plant, machinery and equipment
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental and company requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions and safety inspections
- Manage SWMS, ITPs, quality assurance documentation and project records
- Identify site and project risks and implement practical solutions
- Attend project meetings and relevant compliance and training activities

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor within civil construction
- Strong experience across earthworks,



excavation and shoring projects
- Sound knowledge of WHS, construction compliance and quality requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- Current White Card
- Valid driver's licence
- Diploma in Construction Management and/or Project Management highly regarded
- A solid commitment to safety, quality and efficient project delivery

Please note: A company vehicle is not included with this position.

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am–5:00pm, with some Saturday work potentially required.
