What we are looking for:

We’re seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to support Costa across our Citrus operations in Emerald, Queensland. This role will provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting and commercial support across both our farming and pack shed operations, helping operational leaders make informed business decisions around production, labour, cost control, efficiency and overall business performance.

This is a hands-on business partnering role, where you’ll work closely with farm, pack shed and administration teams to translate financial and operational data into clear, practical insights. You’ll support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, providing valuable visibility across costs, yields, throughput, labour productivity and key operational drivers.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with operational teams, can build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders,



and is comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment where accuracy, commercial insight and timely reporting are critical. Experience in horticulture, agriculture, agribusiness, food production, manufacturing or FMCG environments would be highly regarded.

This role is full time and ideally based in office in Emerald, however we are open to Queensland-based remote candidates who can commit to regular travel to Emerald, either driving into Emerald from a nearby location like Rockhampton or Mackay or through direct flights between Brisbane and Emerald.

What you'll do:

- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, including scorecards, KPI reports, forecasting and cost tracking.

- Partner with farm operations teams to monitor yield performance, harvest costs, labour productivity and input costs.

- Analyse financial and operational data, including sales, harvest, production costs and crop performance trends.

- Translate financial information into clear commercial insights and recommendations for operational leaders.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, controls and processes.

What you'll bring:

- A finance degree, ideally with CPA or CA qualification.

- Experience in horticulture, agriculture, agribusiness, food production, fresh produce or FMCG would be highly regarded.

- Experience in a similar finance, accounting or business partnering role, ideally supporting managers and operational stakeholders.

- Strong analytical capability, with experience in budgeting, cyclical reporting and interpreting key business drivers.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with non-finance teams.
