About the Role

We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist (grade 2) to join our multidisciplinary team based out of our Sunbury office. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a diverse case load through providing assessment and treatments to clients in our Sunbury clinic.

The role will see the successful applicant collaborating with other health professionals across the organisation. You will be responsible for providing services to clients within the Macedon Ranges and Hume region. The role is responsible for providing assessment and treatment to clients face-to-face in clinic,



collaborating with other health professionals and managing a diverse case load.

About You

You will:

- Have a sound understanding of community health and the social model of health.

- Be able to demonstrate the ability to engage and work collaboratively with individuals, families, and communities.

- Have experience delivering person-centred care and working collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.

- Have experience implementing chronic disease management approaches to support person-centred care.

- Have a minimum of two years of experience, working as an accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Requirements:

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)

- Current first aid and CPR certificate

- Current National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and evidence of right to work in Australia

- Current Victorian driver’s licence
