We’re growing our Installation Team and looking for motivated, practical and reliable people to join us as Swimming Pool Installers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors and being part of a team, while seeing the results of their hard work come together each day.

As a Swimming Pool Installer, you’ll be involved in the complete installation process — from preparing the site through to completing the final works. You’ll work alongside experienced installers and learn the skills required to deliver high-quality swimming pool installations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and work alongside a small crew of 2–4 pool installers

- Prepare sites ready for pool installation

- Carry out digging, trenching and general excavation work

- Install pipework, pool equipment and associated fittings

- Backfill and complete general site works

- Use hand tools, power tools and construction equipment

- Work safely around excavators, cranes and other machinery

- Keep worksites clean, organised and safe

- Communicate with customers, other trades and the wider team on site

- Work as part of the crew to get the job done properly and to a high standard

- Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions – rain or shine

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a qualified tradesperson to succeed in this role. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous construction, trade or hands-on experience

- Experience in pool installation,



landscaping, plumbing or excavation would be a bonus

- A current Construction White Card

- A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Full Australian working rights

- A strong focus on working safely and looking out for your crew

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

- A valuable work ethic, reliable attitude and willingness to get stuck in

- Take pride in your work and getting the job done properly
