Location: Perth Eastern Suburbs (Site-Based)
Salary: $70 - $85 per hour + Super

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily on-site operations for a high-spec industrial project from early stages.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics for optimal sequencing.
- Drive the construction schedule to ensure milestones are hit safely and on time.
- Enforce rigorous quality control and strict site safety compliance.
- Maintain clear daily reporting and communication with the Project Manager.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering industrial or large commercial builds.
- Strong history of managing major civil, structural, and fitout trades.
- Sharp eye for structural accuracy, safety protocols, and quality finishes.




- Decisive leadership style with a collaborative approach to solving in office challenges.
- Valid White Card, relevant trade background, and full Australian working rights.

This short-term contract is perfectly suited to a motivated Site Manager who excels in the fast-paced delivery of industrial facilities. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, you will take operational charge of the site from July, driving the build through its key structural and services phases. Backed by an experienced project management team and excellent corporate systems, you will have the tools and structural support required to run a clean, efficient site.
