About the role

Join the team at Crawford Civil Pty Ltd as an All rounder, (leading hand, plant operator). In this full-time role based in Tocumwal NSW 2714, you will be responsible for overseeing civil construction activities and plant operation on site. This is a key supervisory position that plays a vital role in delivering high-quality projects for our valued clients, .

What you'll be doing

- Leading a team of civil construction workers, delegating tasks and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards

- Plant operation

- Plan implementation, supervise land development and subdivision projects

- Coordinate and schedule construction activities to maximise efficiency and meet project timelines

- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and clients to provide updates and address any issues that arise

- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team as needed

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction processes and techniques

What we're looking for

- Significant experience as an all rounder (leading hand, plant operator) in the civil construction industry, ideally within the foreperson/supervisors sub-field

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team





- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges on site

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders

- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment

- Commitment to workplace health and safety

- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications
