About the role

As part of the venue team at EPIC Sports & Inflatable World, you'll be involved across different areas of the business in a busy indoor sports and family entertainment venue.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and providing great service

- Processing sports registrations, bookings and payments

- Preparing and serving food and drinks

- Assisting with birthday parties and family entertainment

- Supporting evening sports competitions

- Helping keep the venue clean, organised and running smoothly

- Creating a fun and positive experience for every customer

About you

- Friendly, confident and enjoy working with people

- Reliable, organised and well presented

- Comfortable working in a busy workplace

- Available to work evenings and weekends

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

- Willing to obtain an RSA and Blue Card if required

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sports centres or entertainment venues would be an advantage
