About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

- Build genuine relationships with customers and provide an outstanding buying experience

- Identify customer needs and recommend the right Kia vehicle for their lifestyle and budget

- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives

- Manage enquiries and follow up prospective customers

- Work towards and achieve individual and dealership sales targets

- Maintain strong product knowledge across the Kia range

- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team

- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process

- Represent the Kia brand and South Morang Kia with professionalism and enthusiasm

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident, professional and an excellent communicator

- Experienced in automotive sales or has a strong background in sales and a desire to build a career in automotive

- Current police check
