About the role

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy Bottle Shop / Supermarket. This is a full-time position suited to someone with strong retail experience, excellent customer service skills and the ability to confidently manage staff and store operations.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the daily operation of the store

- Supervise, train and motivate staff

- Prepare staff rosters and manage shift coverage

- Maintain high standards of customer service

- Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier deliveries

- Monitor stock control, wastage and stocktakes

- Ensure shelves and displays are well presented and fully stocked

- Manage cash handling, POS and end-of-day procedures

- Assist with pricing, promotions and increasing store sales

- Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and security

About you

- Previous retail, supermarket,



convenience store or bottle shop management experience

- Strong leadership and staff management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valuable stock control and organisational abilities

- Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for the business

- Availability to work a flexible full-time roster, including some evenings and weekends

- Current NSW RSA or ability to obtain one

- A hands-on attitude and strong work ethic
