The team and role

Intelligent Co-Ops is our cloud-only managed services team. However, this role is not your standard support role - it is building and improving modern workplace services. This role is also wanting someone who is passionate about working with AI tooling and keen to help customers deliver with AI. We support Azure and Microsoft 365 customers exclusively, and our consultants don't just keep the lights on — they design, build, improve and modernise the environments they support. Expect roughly a 50/50 split between managed services support and Consulting with hands-on build and enhancement work.

We're a destination team. That means we're looking for people who want to grow technically, take ownership, provide consulting to our customers — not just respond to tickets.

What the role involves

- Provide level 3 support to managed services customers
- Participate in a paid on-call/after-hours on a rotating roster for Major Incidents
- Deliver Microsoft 365 enhancement, build and development services to customers
- Design, implement and improve solutions across Intune,



Entra ID, Exchange Online and Teams
- Identify and implement uplift and modernisation opportunities in customer environments
- Apply an automate-first approach to improve reliability, consistency and efficiency at scale
- Use automation tooling and AI-assisted workflows to reduce repetitive operational effort
- Harden the security posture of customer environment
- Use AI tooling to automate repetitive tasks, improve the consistency and quality of our services, and free up time for higher-value work
- Support customers in adopting and getting value from Microsoft's rapidly evolving cloud and AI capabilities
- Whilst this is a hybrid role, an onsite customer visit once a week is likely required

What you'll bring

- An interest in AI tooling and how it can improve the way we deliver services
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support based on a strong security mindset.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams with an understanding of how these technologies interact to deliver secure and effective workplace services.
- A strong understanding of identity, endpoint management, collaboration and messaging technologies, including user and device lifecycle management, Conditional Access and modern security principles with an appreciation of what good looks like in device deployment and management.
- A working understanding of Zero Trust concepts within Microsoft 365.
- Experience with PowerShell, automation tooling and scripting is highly regarded

- The ability to gather and scope customer requirements, document your work, and deliver
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with customers and colleagues
- A proactive mindset - you spot problems and move toward solutions rather than waiting to be asked
- A willingness to step into unfamiliar territory and work through it, not just operate in your comfort zone
- A desire to learn new technologies and adapt to a constantly evolving Microsoft ecosystem
